Managing Partner
David is a visionary executive and investor with 20+ years of experience across private equity, asset management, and entrepreneurship. He has led as CEO, director, and board member across startups, listed companies, and billion-dollar funds.
Known for driving turnarounds and transforming industries, he backs breakthrough technologies born from engineering and scientific advances, spanning AI, quantum computing, defence, aerospace, and other frontier sectors.
David served as Chief Investment Officer & Executive Director at Jupiter Capital, a billion-dollar private equity fund, where he spearheaded bold investment strategies and held board roles across aerospace & defence, media, consumer, and telecom. At Axiscades Technologies (NSE-listed), he led the scale-up from a $16 million valuation to nearly $700 million.
He started in international finance at CDC IXIS, advancing from private capital management to its $6B global private equity arm, where he backed transformative technology companies across Europe and the USA. That instinct for disruption also pulled him into entrepreneurship, well before India’s startup boom. He founded Luxe Corporation, one of India’s first F&B e-commerce platforms, and built and exited the Indian arm of global consulting firm Nymex.
Beyond investing, David is the author of two bestselling books on India’s digital and e-commerce markets (Westland, Bloomsbury), and his perspectives are regularly featured in Forbes, Business Standard, Business Today, and other leading publications.
From boardrooms to frontier labs, his focus remains constant: turning disruptive ideas into scalable businesses that move markets.

Amita stands at the frontier of India’s technology revolution, driving breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Climate Tech. For over a decade, she has led ventures that redefine how technology can serve both business and society, shaping solutions that combine scale with real-world impact.
Her journey has been marked by firsts. She built India’s first AI Centre of Excellence in partnership with the Government of Assam, pioneering face-recognition technology to strengthen governance and public security. She went on to architect the world’s first blockchain-based trade financing platform, bringing together leading institutions such as IDFC First Bank, Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, and Yes Bank. She has also worked with Mastercard Asia/Pacific to channel investments into disruptive startups across Cybersecurity, Agri-Tech, Tourism Tech, and Digital Transformation.
But Amita’s vision extends beyond technology alone. She is deeply engaged with the Deshratna Foundation Trust, established by India’s first President, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, where she supports initiatives in education for marginalized children, public health, women’s empowerment, and environmental action.
At her core, Amita believes technology is not just about progress, it is about purpose. Her work continues to expand the boundaries of what innovation can achieve, while anchoring it in impact that transforms lives and communities.
